Nick Britton Sales and Marketing Director
Nick joined the company in 1997 as Marketing Manager, and became Sales and Marketing Director in 1999. He has extensive experience in the paper and packaging industry, coming from Rexam, where he completed an MBA. He has overall responsibility for the sales and marketing team. Nick is renowned for his love of gadgets. He has to have the latest phone, the latest personal organiser and the latest computer. His new car even does the washing up!
Geoff Baldwin UK Sales Director
Geoff brings considerable experience to both CCM and Industrial sales, having worked for Bowater before joining DS Smith Paper in 1992. He now heads up both CCM and Industrial products in the UK. Precise and organised in his methods, Geoff's car is always cleaner than a doctor’s surgery! Geoff also knows everyone in the industry and provides a quicker news service than the internet.
Adrian Coyle Sales Manager
Adrian joined DS Smith Paper in 1994 as part of the internal sales team. Since Adrian has held a number positions within the company, including new product development manager and external sales positions. Adrian’s latest role is as the sales manager for envelope, imitation kraft and coreboard grades. The phrase “talk the hind legs off a donkey” was coined for Adrian, he likes a chat so build in plenty of time when you call him.
David Heritage Sales Director
After working for ICI, David joined the company in 1992 and became Sales Director in 1996. David, who is multilingual, has developed our international order book for both CCM and industrial products. David also manages several key UK accounts. He is infamous for his excellent ability to argue with taxi drivers in different languages!
Hannah Clifton Sales Manager
Hannah joined us in 2004 as part of the export team and is fluent in French and German. In 2005 she moved into a customer services role in the rapidly expanding plasterboard liner business and, by 2008, had assumed full sales management responsibility for one of the major plasterboard liner customers. Well known for her sweet tooth, is it always advisable to guard any sweets or cakes carefully when she’s around!
Sarah Walton Internal Sales Manager
Sarah joined DS Smith Paper in 1996 as a planning co-ordinator and quickly assumed responsibility for the biggest and most complex machines on the group. She was made Senior Internal Sales Coordinator in 2001 and, in 2004, was promoted to Internal Sales Manager. Sarah loves to travel and is always planning her next trip in search of sun.
